Located in Wuzhong High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Suzhou GH New Energy Tech. Co.,Ltd is dedicated to R&D and manufacturing of flexible, high-efficiency silicon heterojunction solar cell (HJT) solar panels.
Our core technical team includes experts of National High-tech R&D Program (863 Program) MW-level a-Si/c-Si HJT Solar cell industrialization technology, Jiangsu Province`s "Innovative and entrepreneurial talent" , holding dozes of national patent for invention and have fruitful technical experience on high-efficiency silicon hetero junction solar cell.
Our product range includes flexible HJT solar panels, rollable HJT solar panels for LED lighting pole, portable folding HJT solar charger, Ultra-lightweight HJT Solar Panel for Aircrafts and flexible a-Si Panels.
Our most important innovation is the unique Super-wire Flexible Connection Technology, which ensures an excellent ability to resist cell crack and impact force. Even under extreme conditions, solar cells and the panel still generate power as long as they are not destructively damaged.

Apart from high-efficiency, super flexibility, and excellent weak-light performance, our panels` weight is reduced by 70% compared with conventional panels and therefore they are much convenient for transportation and installation. Light weight, supper flexibility, ultra thickness and excellent weak-light performance greatly broaden panels` application including installations on special curved surface, light-weight roof, vehicles, UAE solar drone, shared solar bicycle and portable solar power supply.
